7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BuyWander. You have 7 calendar days from the date of winning your auction to return it.

Please note: if you purchase on the weekends, plan accordingly because we are not currently open for pick-up or returns on weekends!

For example, if you won an item on Sunday, Jan 1 at 7:20pm, your return window is open until Sunday Jan 7 at 7:20pm, and your last chance to pick up within that window would be Friday Jan 5.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Be returned within 7 days from the auction's end date

How to Return an Item

You can return your item at any time within the 7-day return window. Many customers find it convenient to return items when picking up a new order.

Damages & Issues

If the item is not as expected or does not match the listing, you may return it. Please review item photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items & Gift Cards

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned.
