7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BuyWander.

You have 7 days from the date of winning your auction to return it for a full refund of what you paid.

⚠️ Note: If we are closed on the day that window would end, you have until the end of our next open day to return it!

For example: If you won an item on Sunday, Jan 1, your return window would be open until Sunday Jan 7. BUT since you can pick up that item on a day we're closed (weekends or holidays), you have until Monday Jan 8 to return that item as normal!

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Be returned within 7 days from the auction's end date

Refund Options

• Refunds are issued back to the card you used at checkout.
• No partial refunds — you either return the entire item or keep it.

How to Return an Item

You can return your item at any time within the 7-day return window. Many customers find it convenient to return items when picking up a new order.

Damages & Issues

If the item is not as expected or does not match the listing, you may return it. Please review item photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items & Gift Cards

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
