WANDERDAYS GOLDEN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES 

1. Introduction The “WanderDays Golden Ticket Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Buy Wander, LLC St, 12606 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99216, United States
2. Eligibility Open only to legal residents of Oregon, Utah and Washington in the United States who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family members of each are ineligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period Begins November 3, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PST, ends November 27, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST.
4. How to Enter
5. • Purchase Method: During the Entry Period, Sponsor will randomly hide five (5) Golden Tickets each day in orders placed at each of Sponsor’s four warehouse locations. If a customer’s order contains a Golden Ticket, that customer is a potential winner.
   • Alternate Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, hand-write entry details (full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words “WANDERDAYS GOLDEN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES”) on pink paper, place the entry in a stamped envelope addressed to the Sponsor at the appropriate warehouse address in your state of residence (Oregon, Utah or Washington). Organizer will post-mark entries in accordance with U.S. mail rules. All mail-in entries must be post-marked by November 27, 2025 and received by December 2, 2025. Limit one mail-in entry per person per day.

1. Prizes 150 Golden Ticket winners at each location (600 total): each winner receives a mystery prize (estimated cumulative value approx. US$ 7,000). Plus four (4) Mega Prizes (each approx. US$ 2,500 value each; cumulative approx. US$ 17,000). Exact prize items described on Sponsor’s website or at pick-up. Prizes must be claimed in person at Sponsor’s warehouse location in the winner’s state by December 15, 2025. Prizes are not transferable; no substitution unless Sponsor at its discretion opts for a cash equivalent. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and other costs.
2. Winner Notification & Verification Winners via purchase method will discover they have a Golden Ticket in their order. Winners via the mail-in method will be notified via email or telephone. Winners must redeem prize in person at the appropriate warehouse location during regular hours and present identification and the Golden Ticket (purchase winners) or verification of winner status (mail-in winners). If a winner fails to claim the prize by December 15, 2025, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
3. Odds of Winning Odds depend on number of eligible entries received and number of Golden Tickets hidden. Odds are the same for entries via purchase or via mail-in method.
4. General Conditions By participating, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, if any fraud, virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupts or affects the fairness, integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the event’s impairment.
5. Release & Publicity Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winners agree that Sponsor may use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, city and state of residence and prize information for advertising, promotion and publicity purposes without further compensation. Winner may be required to sign affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
6. Limitation of Liability Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for lost, late, mis-directed, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed or undeliverable entries; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission; network or internet failures; or any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by entrant’s participation or receipt or use of prize.
7. Disputes Except where prohibited by law, all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [insert county, state of Sponsor’s principal office]. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of [insert state of Sponsor’s principal office].
8. Privacy Personal information collected is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and other marketing as disclosed in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

11. Additional Offerings Any additional terms or conditions set forth by Sponsor (e.g., warehouse pickup instructions, shipping requirements) will be governed by these Official Rules.

Acceptance of Rules By entering, entrant fully and unconditionally accepts and agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor.

WanderDays Golden Ticket Sweepstakes – No Purchase Necessary Alternate Entry Method

1. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the states of Oregon, Utah or Washington, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Buy Wander, LLC (“Sponsor”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, domestic partner, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.
2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on November 3, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. PST and ends on November 27, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period (or, for alternate method of entry, post-marked within that period and received by the deadline specified in the Official Rules).
3. How to Enter – Regular Method: During the Entry Period, Sponsor will hide FIVE (5) “Golden Tickets” within randomly selected orders placed each day at each of Sponsor’s four (4) locations. Anyone who places an order and receives a Golden Ticket in their package qualifies as a winner.
4. How to Enter – Alternate Method (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, hand-write (legibly) your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and the words “WANDERDAYS GOLDEN TICKET SWEEPSTAKES” on a piece of pink paper. Place your entry in a stamped envelope and mail it to the appropriate warehouse location in your state (Oregon, Washington or Utah) of Sponsor’s designated warehouse. Your entry must be post-marked by November 27, 2025 and received by December 2, 2025. Limit ONE (1) entry per person per day via mail. Mail-in entries are treated equally and odds of winning are the same as for purchase entries.
5. Prize Structure: One hundred-fifty (150) Golden Ticket winners at each location (600 total) will each win a mystery prize (small merchandise items such as hats, water bottles, or other warehouse items) with estimated total value of approximately US $7,000. In addition, four (4) “Mega Prizes” each valued at approximately US $2,500 (total estimated US $17,000 for all prizes). Winners must attend in person at their designated warehouse to claim prize by December 15, 2025. Prizes are non-transferable, no cash substitution except at Sponsor’s discretion, and winners are responsible for all federal, state, local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated herein.
6. Winner Notification & Redemption: Winners will become aware of their win by finding a Golden Ticket in their order (purchase entries) or being selected/confirmed from mail-in entries. Winner must email the Sponsor at [enter email] or bring the Golden Ticket in person to the appropriate warehouse location during regular pickup hours for verification and prize pickup. If winner does not claim prize by December 15, 2025, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate (at Sponsor’s sole discretion).
7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of Golden Tickets hidden. Mail-in entries have the same odds of winning as purchase entries.
8. General Conditions: By entering, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof) if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
9. Release & Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state of residence and prize information for advertising, publicity, and other promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release and return any required documentation within the time specified by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited.
10. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their officers, directors, employees and agents are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, mis-posted, incomplete, inaccurate or garbled entries; (b) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission; (c) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the processing of entries; (d) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from acceptance or use of prize; (e) entries or winners that are misdirected, or incomplete, or received outside the Entry Period.
11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [insert county, state of Sponsor’s principal place of business].
